Changed database type and 50% refator to improve performance;
Added mysql database;
If file, one file per key, items and vips;
Added Pagseguro API. Instructions on WIKI.
Hook into Essentials/EssentialsX to pause the Kit time if the player change the active VIP to other;
Fix Pagseguri API not consider amount of itens;
