- Added the punishment applied information for the reports processed as True (thanks to @Bet for the suggestion).
The message Words: Appreciation-suffix is replaced by the section Words: Done-suffix. (Use the updater tool above to update your messages). - Set utf8mb4 as the default encoding for new MySQL tables.
