- Added notifications for players about the decisions made on their reports (thanks to @lolzcjtekid11 for the suggestion).
The message can be changed with Messages: Report-notification in messages.yml.
Config: ReportsNotifications has been replaced with Config: Notifications: Staff in config.yml.
This feature can be disabled by putting "false" to Config: Notifications: Players in config.yml. - Added Config: Notifications: Delay parameter to define a delay before sending notifications at connection of an user (to prevent the message to be missed with all others messages) (thanks again to @lolzcjtekid11 for the suggestion).
- Added lore for default reasons displayed with _Lore_ tag in Menus: Reason-details message in messages.yml and configured with Config: DefaultReasons: ReasonX: Lore in config.yml (another thanks to @lolzcjtekid11 for this idea).
