What a fantastic plugin, after atempting to make my own, I tried this and after adding deny Block WATER and some Block LEAVES types into the configuaration I cannot fault this plugin (server Spigot 1.19.4)
Very effecient!
This is a fantastic plugin. I use this plugin on my server (Currently running 1.19.3), HalfastMC (its a UHC SMP) and the players there love it. Thanks for making this!
Good, working plugin, however -1 star for the terrible code quality. I believe it's on purpouse but if you make something that popular and big you should care about the code quality.
This is by far the best and easiest wild plugin I have come across. The other plugins I tried had many errors and no support at all. I'm very glad I found this plugin! In the future it would be awesome to add a GUI for players to select which world they want to go to. I really love this plugin.
Thanks!
Will see if I can do, not sure how that should work? If you can elaborate in discussion thread that'd be cool - e.g. things like I'm sure we wouldn't want to deplete the entire hunger bar, or should we?
Version: 2.22
Good plugin!
All the features are here
Also I love the portal cooldown, I cant find that in any other plugin
Thanks for the review!
I do appreciate the group teleport ideas, that'll help reduce the time it to design the feature. I've been super busy and will be so for the next few weeks, but I'll eventually get to it!
Version: 2.22
The plugin is really great, can you update it to 1.16.2 please. Would be really nice if that could be done quickly
I don't know why there were so many negative reviews on this plugin. This is THE BEST wilderness teleport plugin I've tried. Also the async chunk loading is phenomenal!
Plugin very broken, config unconfigurable dosen't work. Every time it says "Command cannot be used in this world" after changing a message. dont recomend for 1.8.8 servers.
User very broken, using the wrong version of the plugin for 1.8.8 servers...
Version: 2.19
The reload function doesn't work, users will sometimes spawn inside blocks, errors are thrown in the console and the author response is "do a server restart". Used to be great but the developer barely pays attention also the fact that the github page is almost hidden tells you alot.
Users will sometimes just not bother contacting developer, doesn't check updates for bug fixes, and the fact that the user doesn't pay attention to bug fixes tells you a lot.
But seriously, I've been on a bug fixing spree this and last week. The "server restart" is totally unrelated to the bug you're describing here, to which a resolution for that issue (which isn't caused by this plugin) was discussed... at least over a year ago?
The issue where the workaround was to do a restart was when worlds were created/loaded after the server has been started, which considering most plugins load stuff only at world state, isn't entirely unreasonable; but this issue has already been resolved in the bug fixing spree too so, ya.
Version: 2.15
I love the plugin so far. The only issue I am currently having is my portal will not rtp me. It says it has been created but nothing happens. I am currently running paper 1.15.2
really the best wildtp plogen, very configurate and helpful developer, thank u sir no but seriously it's very nice and probably the best wildtp plugin, really worth the time
Thank you for the very detailed review. I can tell we have another satisfied customer.
Version: 2.13
Hey, this plugin is just amazing but i got this issue after trying as a normal player to rtp before the cooldown set:

Ah yes, wilderness TP. A classic, really. I still remember the first time I laid my eyes upon this hallowed webpage... let me bring you back to that head space so you can fully comprehend the impact this plugin has had on my server, on my life but, most of all, on my sex drive.
I remember it like it was yesterday. It was a chilly but relatively pleasant November night. The streets were quiet (it was 4 am after all) and I was enjoying my night while listening to SHEOGORATH - ZOOM - an excellent album, if you'll allow me to plug it.
I was taking a break from watching Katanagatari, a truly underrated masterpiece. I'd watched it twice before, although the ending to it is so heartbreaking that I dared not watch the conclusion to it on my second viewing, as though that would change the indelible history put forth by some of the best Japanese artists of our time. It was in this RGB lit office setting that I lazily started talking to people on the paper IRC channel - or discord server, depending on your preference - about creating a low latency central computing unit for my whole apartment. An interesting endeavor, no doubt, but one that had a price tag of at least $1500 - a sum that I certainly would not consider dishing out over a weekend project, mostly there to edify my knowledge of current tech limitations. Little did I know that it was at this juncture that my plans would be flipped on their head.
Lo and behold, for from out of the mist of AFK, RoboMW appeared into my life like some sort of messiah, asking the audience for a rite of passage to prove our faith and provide us with the means for a better tomorrow. And so did he ask for a ghost writer, to construct a shining review of his software, sight unseen. I, with the aforementioned ambition of building a hilariously expensive central computing unit for my apartment, immediately perceived Robo's arrival as prophetic, as if on cue after being alerted by some higher forces about a wrong in the world that needed to be righted.
And thus I am thankful for Robo for providing us with this software, but mostly for providing me with a monetary sum that will indubitably go towards building the aforementioned central computing unit. But now, dear reader, as we near the conclusion of this tale, you might be wondering: What was this about an improved sex drive? Was I clickbaited once again? Has my trust on the internet been once again dashed against the cold shores of attention retention strategies? No! For in providing me with the monetary means with which to stream my central computing unit across my entire apartment, you can bet your top dollar that one of the first things to be streamed on this bad boy would be entertainment of the adult variety.
And now, as our tale comes to a close, and the actors take a bow, I would like to conclude this tale with a plot twist, for I have lied by omission, dear reader. For yes, I have never seen this page before. And yes, I have certainly never used this plugin before. My lie is of a more insidious nature - for you see, only but a few moons ago I felt the need for a plugin that did something very similar to what this plugin did. This itch, it would not go away no matter the tool which I used to scratch it. My highly specific needs necessitated a very specific solution. It is to this end that I made my own wilderness tp plugin, which I've dubbed the WorldCannon. This takes the esssence of wilderness tp, scrubs all the shitty code that RoboMW wrote and replaces it with my own shitty code and vision. It fires players into the skies in a really entertaining way, and I completely forgot to actually release it. I'm sure I'll get around to doing it some day. On that day, this plugin will become obsolete. Until then, it may be your best option. Or it may not. I don't know. I've never used it.
Totally broken reading comprehension of server log and plugin description that states "1.53 works for older versions 1.12.2 and older." Does not attempt to seek help before making an uninformed review. I do not recommend this server administrator.
Version: 2.10
Doesnt work on skygrid it says it can't find a safe place to teleport the player and I got telelported to my death
Move this review to the discussion thread if you need help.
Version: 2.10
Trying to use this on my 1.8 server doesn't preload, it lags the whole server while it generates chunks and it teleports people into warzones sometimes. I am using factions uuid which it supposedly supports.
I can't tp players from console using /player <name> world. Please, add this, or fix the on-first-join thing, I've it enabled but it isn't working at all. Thank you very much <3
Please use github for issue reports. Reviews are not for issue reports, because you can't reply to my response.
Version: 2.10
great plugin keep up the good work :D, plopped it into my server with a few tweaks to the config and it worked like a charm havent had a problem and ive been running it for a few weeks now.
Thank you for a well-thought out review which involved you using the plugin for more than a few hours :D
Version: 2.9
Very nice plugin :) maybe for a future update, add a message to indicate that the teleportation costs $$$$ and the money has been withdrawn.
don't stop your good work :)
Spent all of about 10 mins configuring this plugin for my world and worked like a charm very first time. However, I'm using this plugin for a small arena thats located in my world. That being said, the command '/wild' doesnt really make sense for an arena. If there is, I cant find it, but I would love a way to change what the command says. For example, '/arena'. Cant really call this a complaint though, plugin works exactly as described!
This plugin is actually godly because it supports like everything out there and its intiitive and easy to uss.
The author is also a very cool guy who combines memes with programming skill to create a real noice plugin.
So if anyone is looking at this review section to see if the plugin is good it is REALLY GOOD PLEASE DOWNLOAD and also don't forget to dislike youtube rewind
I've tried many many different random TP plugins. Each one having its major faults.
This plugin takes everything I need and wraps it into one.
I can use commands, I can use a sign,
I can set to not TP players to certain biomes and onto certain blocks.
No more randomly teleporting into the ocean.
No more randomly teleporting on top of trees in the jungle.
So if you are looking for the perfect RandomTP plugin, look no further, this ones it!
Wow, a review that's more than 3 sentences and miraculously not a 2-star rating?? This isn't the spigot I know!
Version: 2.8
Great plugin that works for my survival server in combination with CommandRegions. I shouldn't ask it in here but can something be added that you don't have to stay still while waiting? Would be a nice feature!
Then I guess you could just have them not wait in the first place then? I could add a config option though - let me know why you have them waiting if you're allowing them to move about.
Version: 2.4
Seriously, using latest version of Paper, 1.13.2, server crashes anytime a /Wild command is issues. Shame the DEV doesn't test his plugin upon release. I was hoping to support a newer WildTP plugin, this will not be it. Basic plugins such as WorldEdit/WorldGuard and Essentials is all I am using.
Great plugin
one thing i think would be good is that server owner/admin can give players a custom perm that when ever a player with that perm does /wild
it does /wild [world] if that's even possible.
The features that do work in-game, such as the wild portal, and /wild (playername) spit out errors in console. Default users cannot use the /wild command even when given the permission nodes. In fact, it'll spit out an error in game and in the console "An internal error occurred". I suspect that the permission nodes that are given on the Overview tab may be incorrect. Either that or the coding is somehow flawed.
This plugin has the potential to be great, but has failed to do what it suggested. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars once all of these issues have been resolved.
Asking for support in a place other than the reviews section might help. There's no fundamental issues in the plugin with me nor the 3k+ other users who use this apparently.
Version: 1.48
DAFAQ how do you customize the gui hahahaha but still nice mate :D xdxdxdxdxxxxdxxdx
You don't even need a plugin for aliases, bukkit comes with its own commands.yml file! He could've suggested it in the discussion thread before reviewing at the very least...
Thanks though!
Version: 1.48
make more aliases. why not add all of them because there are so much. /rtp /randomtp /wilderness /randomteleport /tprandom. seen those in other servers, always problem when you play on multiple servers
ever heard of commands.yml and the discussion section? Seen other users do those, always a problem when you use reviews for help or suggestions on multiple plugins
Version: 1.44
Best available. Nothing compares to its simplicity. Great work, dev. Thanks for making it free <3
The simplicity comes from the fact dat dis iz da ONE AND ONLY TRUE WILD TP
Version: 1.41
This is by far the best /wild plugin! :) I have tried others and in the nether i am tp into blocks :(* so i liak dis plugin. BTW do u know any good factions plugin ?
:-'
Heard good things about FactionsUUID and FactionsOne but I personally don't like the factions system. I'm making my own on my server that currently works with simpleclans and uses a control-point system like most other fps team-based objective games
Version: 1.41
I do /Wild or /Wildtp nothing happens... Fix this I fix my rating.. The plugin doesn't seem to work
By far my favorite TP plugin. It works right out of the box and the author does a fantastic job responding fast to issues. I highly recommend this plugin over other wilderness TP plugins and frequently correct forum links to show this plugin. I would, however recommend a name change as there are a lot of plugins called Wilderness TP and can be hard for new server owners to find the right one.
Thx 4 spreading the word and correcting people to the ONE TRUE WILD TP
Version: 1.39
This plugin is a MUST HAVE for any Factions/Survival server. I'm serious! It's the best "random teleport" or "warp wild" plugin I've found so far, and I've had to try a lot of them (I always try ones with more downloads/more ratings first).
It's super high quality and does exactly what I want it to. Everything from the worlds and cooldowns right down to the messages and sounds is super configurable.
Unlike other plugins *cough* this one won't teleport your players inside of netherrack when using /wild in the Nether.
I'm just astounded it doesn't have more downloads. People really need to know about this!
WorldGuard I can do, as for Factions, let us know which Factions you use in the discussion. (Yes, there's many (better) versions out there than the default "MassiveJunk" one.)
Version: 1.24
plugin is doing what it must do ;)
work in the moment on 1.10.2 100procent fine
I like it, for free plugin very good ;)
Owner of the (plogin) <<< lol, is arrogant as hell, who uploads a "plogin" and then says better than the author below, your a flat our squeaker mate, grow up.
Please do not use the reviews section for support, you can't reply to our response nor is it intended for assistance! Try the discussion thread instead or IRC!
Version: 1.16
@Fonzee9, please do not use the reviews section for support. Simply contact us or use the discussion forum for this plugin. Thanks.
MorningFlower528 is extremely likely to be an alt of floory565, spamming the same review (first sentence, that's for sure) on 2 other plugins for the same author. Anyways, great plugin, and unlike other kiddie wilderness plugins, this one is actually coded well.
When I installed this on my server it started spamming it. Once i removed THREE other plugins it finally started working. Besides that it SEEMS to work , that is why it got two stars instead of one but I will keep an eye out. Still thanks for the plugin, I hope my review was constructive, nothing against anyone.
An account that was registered to leave a similar review on 3 plugins, and never touched again. Totally not an alias. /s
