The toolbar in the FastCraft+ interface may not appear.
To fix this, reload the plugin: /fca reload
Added crafting multiplier that multiplies the number of items crafted.
Added GUI customization to config.yml.
Fixed refresh button leaving some recipes, even if hidden.
