In continuing with small updates I bring you yet another one but this is important.

• Fixed portal delete perm bug that allowed players to delete portals
• Fixed instant teleport with command after using portal bug that happened cause I forgot to remove the player from a list
• Switched to the plugin's logger so now messages that occur onEnable of the plugin now have the plugin name at the beginning
