Merry Christmas everyone here is my Christmas present from me to you guys.
Changes:

• Claims for all but world guard now check every block so a distance of 10 results in 100 locations being checked.
• Now should teleport above ground every time
• Added post teleport commands for ability to do commands after the player is teleported.
