This update includes the following:

• Incompatible dependancy version while disabling the plugin will now explicitly state the plugin causing the disabling. There were numerous individuals opening issues assuming this was a plugin issue.
• Fixes a console error to potentially be thrown during BREED_QUEST progression. (https://github.com/JCulley/ProQuests-Documentation/issues/252)
• Fixed the /quest reset all command (https://github.com/JCulley/ProQuests-Documentation/issues/250)
• Fixed the quest message placeholders being parsed incorrectly for the quest blacklist message (https://github.com/JCulley/ProQuests-Documentation/issues/246)
• Implemented additional validation for FISH_QUEST to require the hook to be over water to count the items. This is to prevent dropped items from being counted as a valid catch. (https://github.com/JCulley/ProQuests-Documentation/issues/241)
• Update World Guard 7 to beta 3 (versions 1 & 2 are not supported) (https://github.com/JCulley/ProQuests-Documentation/issues/237)

I know its been a while since the last update but I try my best to address and implement changes as much as possible.
