* This update adds support for Spigot 1.12 *

With my new resource ProPackages being released I have added 2 new quests which integrate within. One for opening packages and the other for receiving, more info can be found on the wiki.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue with delivery quests not taking the proper amount of items when they have multiple slots containing the required items.

Lastly the 'region' and 'complete_permission' options have been removed officially so anyone still using these old methods will have to modify their quests.
