Ultimate Vote -----
This plugin allow the players to vote for kick,ban,unban,timeDay,timeNight.TIMER TO END THE UNCOMPLETED VOTES.
- Added timers (configurable from config.yml) that will end a started vote without completed votes.
- When will end a started vote without completed votes, the server will broadcast a message (messages configurable from config.yml).
- Each vote have a configurable timer & message when it will end.
- All suggestions from v1.1,v1.2,v1.3 & v1.4 were suggested by https://dev.bukkit.org/profiles/Sidious82/.
