Added a new way to perform commands by "running over blocks"


Command

/parkour addBlockCommand <ParkourName#Command>

Note: You have to split each part with a " #".
- Example: /parkour addBlockCommand TestParkour#effect %player% clear

" TestParkour" is the Parkour Name
" effect %player% clear" is the command and will clear all effects from the player

Valid Placeholder

%player% -> Will be replaced with the Player's Name​
