Added Velocity Support
- Added Velocity Support (The spigot servers will still need "bungeecord: true" for "desti:" and command:"%somecommand" support though)
- Added permission negate flag (Just add ! at the start of the permission tag)
- Fixed some bugs with the entity's still warping.
