New content:

• Plugin is now compatible from 1.7.9 to 1.9
• Players are no longer able to break blocks in bungeemode while waiting for the voting
• Spectators are no longer able to break blocks if Modifications were allowed
• Spectators can now open their menu's even if they right click a block instead of air
• Fixed a bug where spectators weren't teleporting to the deathmatch if Global deathmatch was used
• Fixed lots and lots of bugs mainly about interaction and breaking/placing blocks and deathmatch!

Hello ;D, so this wasn't the type of update that I wanted to do for version 5.0, but since I have been inactive and 1.9 is a very important update, I had to release this update as soon as possible, support is much appreciated as I wasn't really planning on fixing all these bugs, and instead I just found them while testing 1.9 compatibility.
