This update adds security classes, encrypts webhook URLs, adds a forced cooldown for OPs, and obfuscates the security plugin.
GitHub has non-obfuscated files, but encrypted files aren't available.

New feature (registration):

Registration allows you to get a special log sent to the plugin owner when the plugin is added to a new server.
The variables are always updated when the plugin is started, so even changing anything won't have any effect.
