SpeedA and SpeedB now properly account for Attribute data

Fixed bypass with slimeblocks

Implemented Experimental check BlinkA

Multiple other edgecase fixes I forgot to write down.

Reworked a lot of internal logic for more precise tracking of data. Should improve checks and fix some console errors.
