BlockBreaker -----
Adds a BlockBreaker, a modified Daylight Detector that breaks blocks below it every few seconds.Resolved: BlockBreaker interval doesn't update after reload
This update fixes an issue where the
blockBreakInterval was not updated after using
/blockbreaker reload. The scheduler task is now properly restarted with the updated configuration values after a reload.
