- fixed /be setrewards
- added /be event  -returns your info in the event (if active).
- added /be startevent <duration> <h/m> - creates a separate Elo table for the given duration with configurable rewards for top 1,2,3,4-10
- added /be stopevent - stops the event WITHOUT REWARDING PLAYERS
- added event_items_with_username section to the config.yml file. now you can add there minecraft item IDs (like DIAMOND_SWORD) and to this item's lore will be added  a line "Reward for {username}". It works with all the rewards (daily,weekly,monthly,event)
