- Fixed bug with incompatibility of server versions.
- Minor bugs.
- Added function to set region radius for certain groups.
- Added function to limit active regions for certain groups for any region block.
- Added creeper egg for EXPLODE damage (it would have worked anyway, but it's not much of a problem).
- Added default block file, which will be created at the first start of the plugin.
- Changed editor menu
- Temporarily removed non-working block damage levels:
- BLOCK_PLACE, FALLING_BLOCK
