Adds support for enchantment that are above vanilla levels to anvil for EssentialsX.Automatic Anvil Result Update
Previously, the result slot of the anvil had to be updated by clicking any slot in the player's inventory. Now it automatically updates the result slot as soon as both the other slots have items in them.
