EssXAnvils -----
Adds support for enchantment that are above vanilla levels to anvil for EssentialsX.
Allows the player to use Enchantment books that have vanilla enchantments but, beyond what the vanilla level for that enchantment is using Anvils.
Features:

- Keeps the original item's name, lore and other meta.
- Has vanilla XP consumption when enchanting.
- Can show the enchanted item before claiming it.
- Returns unused enchantments via books. (Can be disabled)
