New configurable message: teleportWarmup
This message is shown when the warmup time is enabled for teleporting, to indicate to players that they need to stand still

Which means if you are upgrading from 2.6, this message will start showing up by default - to turn it off you should set the message to an empty value in the config

I've also made the setting showMessagesInActionBar enabled by default, since it looks much better - If you have this set to false from a previous version this update will not change it, but the new default is now true .
