I'm glad you like this plugin, I'm still around and happy to update it from time to time as I use it on my own server :)

Showing messages in the action bar is a good idea, I'll see if I can add that
Different cooldowns and access to the plugin based on permissions also sounds useful - I haven't made a plugin that works with permissions before, so I might implement that if I get the time some day but no promises

In general you can get quicker updates and replies from me by looking at/opening issues on GitHub (this applies to anyone who has feature suggestions and is writing a review)

Since the main purpose of this plugin is the lodestone teleporting and the recovery compass was just a bonus feature, there is no way to only enable the recovery compass teleporting and I don't want to add this at the moment, sorry
If you can't find any alternative plugins then you could try setting `warmupSeconds` to a very high number in the config and disabling other methods of teleporting, which practically disables them
