Added a config. This means you can:

• Show (instead of hide) entities 64+ blocks away
• Configure the distance around a player entities can be hidden
• Change the ray mode
• Hide players behind your head (not sure you'd want to do this. FPS servers maybe?)

Basically; if you want to do it, it is in the config.yml.
