New Features
- Add up to 2 extra custom GUIs in guis/help.yml
- Open additional GUIs with /help open <gui name>
- Additional GUIs can be restricted by permission
- Added new Item & Action Object (please see wiki for more info)
- Supports 1.16 and Java 16
- Renamed /helpmenu to /hmenu (to avoid confusion from typing /help)
- bStats is turned on now
- Update checker lets you know when the plugin needs an update (permission: helpmenu.notify)
- Cleaned up console message on start up
- Fixed reload command not working
