Slight code optimizations

• Added: support for using custom player heads
• Added: support for using in game player's heads
• Added: option to turn console colors on / off
• Change: help.yml (inside the "gui" folder) is now helpMenu.yml
• Change: config.yml is now split into config.yml and gui.yml

Cleaned up some code

1. Now you can create UNLIMITED GUI pages
2. Fixed an issue where GUI permissions wouldn't work
3. Fixed tab complete on /help command

Made it a bit easier to create custom GUIs. Look for the "custom" folder inside of "guis".

Note: If you have issues upgrading, you may need to re-generate your config files

New Features
- Add up to 2 extra custom GUIs in guis/help.yml
- Open additional GUIs with /help open <gui name>
- Additional GUIs can be restricted by permission
- Added new Item & Action Object (please see wiki for more info)
- Supports 1.16 and Java 16
- Renamed /helpmenu to /hmenu (to avoid confusion from typing /help)
- bStats is turned on now
- Update checker lets you know when the plugin needs an update (permission: helpmenu.notify)
- Cleaned up console message on start up
- Fixed reload command not working
