fSPAWN 1.1.2, is really not that big of a change.
- /fspawn reload - A new command was added to the latest version. This command just reloads the entire configuration system of the plugin, no big deal. It can be disabled with option allow-fspawn-reload in settings.yml set to false.
- fspawn.reload - With new command also comes a new permission, this permission will allow a player to reload the plugin with that command. If it is of course enabled in settings.yml.
