- All settings are now individual per world.
- Added commands to add/remove worlds from the settings file.
- Permission "dnp.bypasspvp" renamed to "dnp.bypass"
- New permission "dnp.immune" allows a player to be immune to PvP.
- Outdated configuration and language files are now renamed to the .old extension instead of being overwritten.
- Fixed a problem where it was possible to enter combat using a bow.
