Nice plugin for details!I use it to simulate the water humans need in reality and it works!
A little suggestion:
Maybe eating some food(cooked meat,potatoes,etc.) reduce water
For example:
This is possible because I have done it before. Can you give the Raw water bottle a light blue color? or is the water bottle blue and the boiled water bottle a lighter blue color?

Hi i try ur mod and its good, it look very simple but its complex. i notice something, when u drink water from a water source like a river or a block of water, it refill the water no matter the value, thats ok. But when you drink a water bottle it need to have a certain number of thirst to work properly. Example if i have thirsty at 90% and i drink a water bottle it doesnt replenish it at all. I will try to explain better, example: water bottle refill 30 point of water, and if you have 80% of thirst it wont work u will need 70% to work.
What you are talking about is one of our features. Roughly speaking, this feature prevents players from exceeding 100% of their thirst bar. You can disable this feature in config.yml, just change StopDrinking: true to false.
Actually, initially, we were suggested to add a feature to prevent players from drinking more when the thirst bar has reached 100% (like the hunger bar). But because our main developer misunderstood this idea, this feature became like that.
It is possible that in the near future, we will revise this feature to resemble its original suggestion. We didn't realize it was performing a different function than its name until we received your feedback.

OMG really excellent
May you consider add biome-based dirty water?
(For example, if you get bottle water in swamp, the water will gain Nausea III and Hunger III for player, and from some cold area like frosted plain it will give player only Slow I)
And could you consider add behavior-based thirst?
(For example, mining & running will make you thirsty quicker than idle)

Good plugin however when the player crouches there is an item stand that appears quickly. How do we turn the part off?
