Update config.yml comment

I have added a new permission called
ghome.instant_teleport for having no cooldown when you are teleported. For example you can use this permission for your VIP players


Now hex colors are supported in the config file

I don't display any more homes where the world doesn't exist anymore

+ I've just added G to my plugin (I'll do that for all of my plugins). Now the plugin is called GHomeEssentialsX

You can now if you want, add delay when someone choose to teleport on his home.

When you use /ghome reload , now it works for the command name in config.yml whitout restarting server.
