Adding cooldown (delay) on teleport
You can now if you want, add delay when someone choose to teleport on his home.

New values in config file :
Code (YAML):
# The delay in seconds to be teleported (0 = instant teleport)
teleport-delay : 3
teleporting-message : 'Teleporting in'
teleporting-seconds : 'seconds'
teleporting-second : 'second'
