After paying for a plugin, you'd expect to get some longevity out of it. 1.20 released over 6 months ago, and so far, there've been only small mentions of *possibly* updating to 1.20.

In my opinion, if you're considering no longer updating a plugin, you should pull the payment for it or archive the project. Went to their Discord to voice my frustrations, and received snark from their support. It's clear that buying this plugin was a mistake. I've replaced it with something free, and I don't recommend you purchase this if you're looking for any support or updates.

There are no active people in Discord, the level of detail in the WIKI leaves something to be desired, and the last chats were months ago. This has resulted in me not being able to get help when I have had problems, and at one point I even tried to seek a refund.

As students, developing and maintaining a plugin takes time, but we try our best to complete the documentation as much as possible. However, if something is missing or unclear, we encourage users to ask for clarification. We have a dedicated support channel in our Discord server where users can reach out to us for help.

Holobroadcast is open-source. If you encounter an issue or bug, you can contribute to fixing it by submitting a pull request on GitHub, or just add an issue ticket.

Finally, we would like to clarify that no one has asked for a refund due to issues with our plugin, lack of updates, or errors.

Once again, thank you for your feedback. We value our users' input, and we will take your comments into consideration as we continue to develop and improve our plugin.

A unique plugin with some very nice options. All in all the plugin would be great and I'd love to reccomend it but the performance is really problematic. Generating the hologrammessages has started lagging out our players. Given its only once every x minutes its nothing huge but its quite nervracking...
