Amazing. But i have question. On server using bedwars1058 a plugin that has a build lock, unlock after / bw build, will it work in the lobby? The only question is if it can be blocked on the worlds.

Hello, this plugin has a whitelist for worlds. It specified worlds plugin with only "work" in those worlds, staff will be punched only in those worlds, for example worlds like "lobby", "world" which are the most common names for lobby worlds in servers with multi-arena minigames.
Just add the lobby world (where players are supposed to be able to punch staff) and restart, it should work fine ^^
