We have enhanced the plugin with the following additions:

• New Reload Command: The /hostlimiter command (accessible via aliases /hl or /host-limiter) now includes a reload subcommand. This lets you seamlessly reload your configuration and apply any modifications on the fly, without requiring a server restart.

In addition, we have introduced new permissions to provide finer control:

• hostlimiter.use – Enables access to the /hostlimiter command.
• hostlimiter.reload – Allows execution of the /hostlimiter reload subcommand.
