I've been trying to find a plugin that offers this functionality for quite some time. Slapped it into my Velocity server, tweaked some settings for like 30 seconds... rebooted the proxy and boom! Now you gotta join through the domain.

HostLimiter is the best plugins. Lets you restrict admins to specific subdomains while players use the main domain
