This update clean the config and make it simpler also add a lot of hints.
It change how the stamina is manage and this makes the regeneration more smooth than ever. Also adding new particles when regenerating. When eating, it regenerate the stamina.

This update change the way the plugin is organised, if you are a server owner, this change doesn't affect you directly. You should still update. Config.yml or any other file doesn't need any reset.
