- Plugin built with 1.17 spigot file.
+ Added the SQLite database to store all reports: it will save all information about a report and some about the reported player.
+ Added a gui system to manage all reports.
+ Added 2 new command: 'open' and 'updatestatus'.

+ Added 2 options in config.yml that allow you to set the max and min report reason lenght (with the command /report <player> <reason>, so with no GUI report).

+ Added the ability to report a player even without a GUI by entering a different motivation from the default GUI:
/report player - It will opens the GUI.
/report player <reason> - It will directly send the report to all online staff members.
