Big update!
- Plugin built with 1.17 spigot file.
+ Added the SQLite database to store all reports: it will save all information about a report and some about the reported player.
+ Added a gui system to manage all reports.
+ Added 2 new command: 'open' and 'updatestatus'.

[!] You have to reset your config.yml to correctly update AlphaReports+.
