LOBBY SYSTEM

[TITLE;title;subtitle]: Sends title to the player
[CHAT];message: Sends chat message to the player
[CHAT:REPEAT;number];message: Sends a message to the player the number of times specified
[EFFECT;effect_name;power;particles(true/false)]: Gives an effect to the player
[CMD;command]: Executes the command in the console
[CMD:PLAYER ;command]: Executes the command as a player
[HIDE]: Hides the player
[SHOW]: Shows the player
[TELEPORT;world;x;y;z]: Teleports the player
[TELEPORT;world;xy;z;yaw;pitch]: Teleports the player
[OPEN;inventory]: Opens the inventory
[CLOSE]: Close the inventory
