Permissions:
YoutubeBroadcast.use - This permission is used for the /ytbc command
YoutubeBroadcast.reload - This permission is used for the /ytrl command
YoutubeBroadcast.reload - This permission is used for the /ytrl command
Commands:
/ytbc <announcement> - this will announce the message the user added
/ytrl - This will reload the plugin
/ytrl - This will reload the plugin
