Plugin for switching between servers using sings.

This is a test version of the plugin, it may contain errors, but the basic functionality of the plugin works.

Commands:
- /yosign create <id> <serverBungeeID> - creates teleport on sign that you are looking at
- /yosign delete <id> - deletes teleport on sign with specified ID

Permissions:
- yosign.admin

Require:
- PlaceholderAPI

PlaceholderAPI support. Just edit signs.yml to bypass character limit on signs.
