XPTransfer is an addon for the Plugin ItemTransfer.
It allows Players to transfer Experience Level between them.
Note: It is not required to have ItemTransfer installed. This Plugin can run on its own.
Commands
/givexp [Player] [XP] - Gives the give amount of xp to the given Player.
Versions
The Plugin was tested on 1.18.2 but should work in every version down to 1.13.
