Installation

Commands
- /xpbottle - Converts experience points into XP bottles.
- Usage: /xpbottle
- Cooldown: 15 minutes per player.
- Requirements: Player must have at least 1 XP level.
- /xpbottle reload - Reloads the plugin configuration.
- Usage: /xpbottle reload
- Permission: bottlexp.reload
