Enforce fairplay settings on players using Xaero's Minimap modWorld Change Trigger
Minor change which adds a trigger sending the fair play text on world change.
This is implemented as a precaution for any case where a player is able to bypass the fairplay restriction, it would be reapplied on world change.
Not a perfect solution but an improvement.
