Server-enforced Xaero’s Minimap fair-play mode
This lightweight plugin uses PacketEvents to send invisible system‑chat messages that Xaero’s Minimap understands as client rules. A few modes are available.

Requirements
fairplay.bypass – Players with this are not affected.
Modes
FAIR-PLAY – No radar, no cave mode.
FAIR-PLAY-NETHER – FAIR-PLAY + allow nether cave mode.
FULL-DISABLE – No Minimap.
NONE – Do nothing. (no need for plugin)

- PacketEvents plugin

FAIR-PLAY-NETHER – FAIR-PLAY + allow nether cave mode.
FULL-DISABLE – No Minimap.
NONE – Do nothing. (no need for plugin)
