its been a while sense the last update but i have made one adding in a few things

- recoded most of the plugin
- upgraded to using the 1.16.5 api
- removed command cooldowns
- removed notblessed from plugin
- added string list for potion effects in the config file

if there is anything wrong or you think i should add let me know as the next update will be its last as i dont see any problems with it my self

added some small improvements to the plugin
- Added a update checker with toggle in config
- Added Ability to add and remove potion effects when using /bless
- Reworked the config a little bit

xBless - 2.0

With 2.0 comes a rework of the whole plugin as i lost the project files
there are some new this that where added like
/bless [player]
permission: xbless.bless.player
you can now bless another player
changed the permission names
xbless.bless
allows access to /bless
xbless.bless.player
allows access to /bless [player]
xbless.bypass
allows the user to bypass the cooldown timer
changed the config to be able to change all messesges sent to player
even the prefix
