- Added Baritone check

*This check may have falses, and it takes a little bit for it to detect

- If all checks that use the move event are disabled, it will not register the move check, meaning if you disable the checks it will be less resource intensive instead of basically the same resource intensive

- Added a configuration for the checks
- Fixed MineNotify not notifying you about deepslate diamond ore
- Fixed falses with mine pattern
- Made it when you join the server and have permissions to notify and alerts, it will automatically enable them
