This year plugin doesn't required any changes to to work, however
this update, brought by amazing developer @LoneDev, should improve plugin performance and fix several issues that happened to people before.
Great thanks to him for help he provided!

It really warms my heart to see all people who enjoy this plugin year after year!

Important information:
1.13.2 is one of the largest updates of all time, and a lot of stuff has changed.
This version is meant to be used exclusively on 1.13.2 and won't work on other versions, so, if you're using 1.12.2 or lower - use older versions.

Hello everyone!
I was really glad to see how many people come back to this plugin after every year to bring some magic to their game!
And at the same time it was quite sad, because, for some reason, December is ultra-busy for me last years, so I wasn't unable to provide update as I planned at first week of December.
I glad that at least I managed it before Christmas, but still have to say sorry to everyone who expected it much earlier.

Also I need to thanks to @Ghost_chu who did the most part of 1.13.2 update in his fork and saved me a lot of time! Thank you

Some parts of the plugin stayed at it's place for years, doing it's job right and good, but now some of them require a completely rewrite.

Next year plugin will receive an 3.0 update involving new gifts features like enchantments & NBT, probably some convenient way of in-game configuration and rewrite of some deep logic in a better ways

I still have not much time in my pocket, by I'll try to provide fixed, if they would be required, so don't forget to report if you met them

This update fixes an issue caused by usage of new API that available only in latest versions and cause error on versions below 1.12

This update adds better error handling for X-Mas trees loading and provides some improvements for better compability with custom worlds plugins like Multiverse, PlotSquared, etc

Also this one uses new recipe constructor because old one is marked as deprecated and would give you a warning in server console.

However if your server has no custom worlds.and you aren't experiencing any troubles with your version then you can skip this update without a back thought.

Recompiled plugin with latest API version and did some little clean-up.

Greeting everyone! Hope your holidays preparation are awesome!
First of all, I'm sorry for being that late, but as they say "Better late than never"
So, in this update I added requested admin features like command to give crystal to player, and perm to destroy other player's trees.

For people who don't have much time for reading:
Command: /xmas
Permission: xmas.admin
The plugin has builtin help.

PLEASE NOTE: Locale files got some new lines, so if you're using non default locale - move or delete it to let plugin generate updated files.

And here's some details:
By using /xmas you will see some kind of dashboard with plugin config information.


Using this command you also can:

1. Give X-Mas Crystal to player by name
2. Spawn random amount of presents under every tree!
3. Switch plugin into "End-Mode"
   (Useful when you disabled auto-end feature on date.
   See Holidays End section on plugin page for further info)

Use /xmas help for tiny guide

And as I said there is only one perm - xmas.admin that will allow you to use this command and destroy other players tree.

Also I glad to say that I finally fixed that first load free upgrade bug, so you don't need to restart server twice after installation. (Don't mind you you're never encoured it)

Hello everybody! This update will allow plugin to start and work properly on versions new game versions (1.9 - 1.10.2)

If you're still using older versions - use links on plugin page

I also fixed some minor which probably no one met, issues caused by new version and api changes, performed code clean-up and changed project structure to maven layout, updated date in config files

The only new feature I added - it's opportunity to set item data and amount for gifts.


To be more accurate here's changelog:

1. Now using SpigotAPI for particles
2. Fixed bugs caused by two hands
   (Server fires InterractEvent for each hand, so messages and other actions were performed twice)
3. Trees now removed from config after being unbuilt after event ends.
4. Added one message on event end
5. Updated date in config. Removed outdated heads for gifts
6. Changed project structure to maven layout
7. Code clean-up, tiny refactoring, changed some things to fit Java 8 standart

TODO:

• Add multiversion support for possibility to use one jar for 1.7-1.10.2

Sorry guys, I had no time to add planned new features, but plugin still works on last spigot (as I see from reviews)
Here's a version recompiled with last spigot build.
If everything worked fine for you - no sense to update.
