Works great, but only for admins. Would you be able to make a permission for players that allows them to only use this command on regions they are owner of and only change flags that they have permissions for? Also maybe a separate player permission for the templates & parent parts as those are more complex. Really like the region visualisation though! keep up the good work!

Great plugin, however when you show a region border, it hella lags the server. Other than that, its a great plugin
