With 5GB of Ram, + fill speed at 50, seems to be the "NEW SAFE SPOT"
TESTED ON: PAPER 1.16.1 - 32
You can probably go higher, but I have tested this speed out with a 1k radius test.
Testing with spark seeing how well it is going so far.
