small fix

I added some console messages

you can now make a whitelist or a blacklist to enter the world (default is blacklist) and you can add players to the list from the config or with commands.

- changed few console messages

- changed the message when the world is not found

- added option to teleport a player to a world (and a tab completer for it)
- added message to the console for few commands
- smal fixes

- added tab completer to the help pages

- added yaw and pitch to the spawn
- fixed the spawn command

- Deleted unnecessary things
